Ur-Energy Marks 100th Yellowcake Shipment from Lost Creek Uranium Mine

Ur-Energy Inc., a uranium producer with ISR projects, celebrated its 100th shipment of U₃O₈ uranium concentrate from the Lost Creek facility in Wyoming. This shipment on June 11, 2026, contributes to a cumulative production exceeding 3.5 million pounds since 2013. The milestone underscores Ur-Energy's position in the secure U.S. uranium supply chain.

Chief Operating Officer Steve Hatten highlighted the operational consistency and excellence demonstrated at Lost Creek. The achievement solidifies the efficiency of the ISR platform and establishes a blueprint for production growth across Ur-Energy's portfolio, which now includes the Shirley Basin facility that began operations in April 2026. The company is poised to address the growing demand for domestic nuclear fuel.
