Crossing of thresholds by EEKEM Group in UTI GROUP
On June 18, 2025, EEKEM Group, a simplified joint-stock company, crossed significant thresholds in the capital of UTI GROUP. According to a statement, EEKEM Group now holds 91.12% of the capital and 90.76% of the voting rights of UTI GROUP. This crossing is the result of a significant subscription to a capital increase.
EEKEM Group, under the leadership of Mr. Jean-Luc Bernard, has acquired 58,165,465 shares. These shares are equivalent to the number of voting rights, strengthening its majority position within UTI GROUP.
