UV GERMI: Approval of resolutions at the Combined General Meeting

Saint-Viance, January 6, 2026 – UV GERMI, a specialist in UV pollution control, held its Combined General Meeting on January 5, 2026. At this meeting, all resolutions presented were approved by the shareholders. Among these resolutions was one concerning a reduction of share capital through a share buyback and cancellation, for a maximum nominal amount of €120,000. The Board of Directors received authorization to launch a public share buyback offer, implement this reduction, and determine the final amount.

The financial calendar for the first half of 2026 provides for the publication of the 2025 annual revenue on January 20, 2026, followed by the 2025 annual results on April 23, 2026.
