Update on the share capital of Valbiotis SA

On August 11, 2025, Valbiotis SA announced its share capital figures as of July 31, 2025. The company, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, indicated that its share capital consists of 23,698,234 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 24,402,952, while exercisable voting rights amount to 24,367,148 after deduction of treasury shares.

Valbiotis also reminds the public of the information obligations for any crossing of capital thresholds, applied since May 27, 2021. In the event of non-compliance with the reporting obligations, the voting rights of the shares concerned may be suspended for two years.
