Valbiotis Begins Operations in Asia with a Chinese Joint Venture
Valbiotis, a specialist in food supplements, announces the launch of its joint venture with Aika in China. This new entity, 49% owned by Valbiotis, aims to market products in China and Hong Kong starting in the second half of 2026.
The Asian market, particularly the cross-border e-commerce (CBEC) channel, is being targeted through established collaborations with major platforms such as Tmall Global and JD Worldwide. Products tailored to the local market are expected to be delivered to consumers by the end of 2026.
Furthermore, the joint venture is preparing for expansion into other Asian markets, while also working on product registration for conventional sales in China.
