Valbiotis General Meeting Approves All Resolutions

On April 17, 2026, Valbiotis held its Combined General Meeting in La Rochelle, chaired by Sebastien Peltier. During the meeting, all proposed resolutions were approved by a broad majority of shareholders. Notably, Resolutions 7, 8, and 9 concerning Supervisory Board appointments were passed.

Agnès Tixier’s term as an independent member was renewed. Additionally, two new members joined the board to enhance the company’s expertise in supporting its commercial expansion. Patricia Tranvouëz, with over 30 years of marketing and executive experience, and Laurent Keiser, with extensive experience in pharmacy distribution, were selected for their strategic insight and operational prowess.

Shareholders benefit from a 20% discount on Valbiotis products by providing proof of ownership of at least 85 shares.
