BlackRock crosses the 5% threshold of Valeo's capital

On October 27, 2025, Valeo received notification of its shareholding crossing from BlackRock Inc., a New York-based investment manager. On October 24, 2025, BlackRock announced that it had exceeded the 5% threshold of Valeo's share capital. The investor now holds 12,452,734 shares, representing 5.09% of the company's share capital and 4.53% of the voting rights.

This acquisition of securities was carried out through the market and by increasing the number of shares held as collateral. The securities held included American Depositary Receipts, contracts for difference, and loaned shares. However, some clients retained their voting rights on a portion of the shares.
