BlackRock reduces its stake in VALEO
On August 21, 2025, VALEO communicated a threshold crossing declaration by BlackRock Inc. According to this declaration, BlackRock, a fund and client manager, reduced its holding in VALEO shares. On August 20, 2025, BlackRock crossed downwards the 5% voting rights threshold, reaching 4.995% instead of 5%. This reduction represents 13,737,903 shares, or 5.62% of VALEO's share capital.
This threshold crossing is linked to the sale of shares on and off the market. In addition, the number of shares held as collateral has also decreased. The disclosure includes ADRs, CFDs, and shares resulting from loan-borrowing agreements. The company manages 336,713 shares for clients who retain their voting rights.
