Goldman Sachs exceeds the threshold of 5% of Valeo's capital

On October 21, 2025, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. crossed the 5% ownership threshold of Valeo, a company listed on Euronext Paris. Through controlled subsidiaries, Goldman Sachs now indirectly holds 5.07% of Valeo's share capital and 4.51% of its voting rights, representing 12,394,342 shares. This acquisition resulted from an off-market purchase of shares.

Goldman Sachs confirmed it holds 1,514,114 shares by way of acquisition, including contracts such as a securities lending agreement covering 1,164,114 shares with a right to recall, as well as call and put options. In addition, the entity indirectly holds 4,512,473 shares through financial contracts such as swaps and call warrants. This transaction strengthens Goldman Sachs' position in Valeo.
