Valeo Announces Details of its Voting Rights for February 2026

Valeo has published information on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of February 28, 2026. The company, specializing in automotive technologies, declared an issued capital of 245,607,624 euros, divided into as many shares with a nominal value of one euro each.

The total number of theoretical voting rights is 275,981,056. These rights include shares without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The exercisable voting rights, excluding these, are 273,286,955.

This declaration falls within the legal framework defined by Article L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code and aims to guarantee the transparency of the listed company's financial information.
