Valeo: Threshold Crossed by BlackRock
On August 18, 2025, Valeo announced that BlackRock Inc. had lowered its voting rights threshold to 5%. As of August 14, 2025, BlackRock held 13,421,702 Valeo shares, representing 5.49% of the share capital and 4.88% of the voting rights. This change resulted from the sale of shares off-market and the reduction in shares held as collateral.
BlackRock manages these shares on behalf of various clients and funds, with 65,676 ADRs representing 32,838 shares and a total of 4,007,957 shares related to contracts for difference. In addition, 2,463,177 shares are linked to securities lending agreements.
