VALEO: Threshold Crossing by JP Morgan Chase & Co.
On July 17, 2025, Valeo announced that it had crossed a share capital threshold. JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it had indirectly reduced its stake below the 5% threshold in the company's capital, held through JP Morgan Securities LLC.
As of July 11, 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. owns 10,610,769 Valeo shares, representing 4.34% of the capital and 3.86% of the voting rights. This decrease is due to an off-market sale of shares.
Meanwhile, JP Morgan Securities plc also individually crossed this threshold. Valeo currently has 244,633,504 shares corresponding to 275,025,608 voting rights in total.
