Valeo's 2026 Annual General Meeting: Key Points and Proposals
On March 30, 2026, Valeo announced that its Combined General Meeting will be held on May 21, 2026, in Paris. Shareholders will be asked to approve the financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year and to vote on a dividend of €0.44 per share, payable on May 28.
The renewal of the terms of office of directors, including Gilles Michel, Bruno Bézard, and Bpifrance Participations, will be proposed, as well as the appointment of Fabienne Lecorvaisier. Discussions are underway regarding the chairmanship of the Board beyond 2027, with Gilles Michel remaining in office until that date.
Shareholders will vote on executive compensation for 2025 and compensation policies for 2026. Authorization for free share grants will also be put to a vote. The meeting will be broadcast online.
