Valeo's Voting Rights Update - March 2026

In a recent press release dated April 7, 2026, Valeo provided updated information about its total voting rights and shares as of March 31, 2026. The company's issued capital stands at €245,607,624, with each share having a par value of €1, resulting in a total of 245,607,624 shares. The number of theoretical voting rights is reported to be 276,344,180.

Exercisable voting rights, however, are slightly lower, totalling 273,668,151. The difference accounts for shares that are currently deprived of voting rights. This information complies with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority.
