Analysis of Vallourec's voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2026

Vallourec has published its figures relating to voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2026. The total number of shares outstanding amounts to 238,699,859. Theoretical voting rights, calculated by including all shares with rights, even temporary ones, reach 237,400,546. On the other hand, net voting rights, representing the rights actually exercisable at General Meetings, are 231,446,001.

Since the beginning of 2025, a slight increase in the number of shares has been observed. At the same time, net voting rights show a fluctuating but generally downward trend, with a significant decline between May and June 2026. These developments reflect changes in treasury shareholding and liquidity contract policies, as well as the impact of legislation on non-voting shares.
