Vallourec: Report on Treasury Share Transactions

Between February 9 and 13, 2026, Vallourec carried out a share buyback program, in accordance with the resolution approved at its Annual General Meeting in May 2025. A total of 495,465 shares were repurchased. The weighted average purchase price was €18.5372. These transactions were conducted on various markets, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU. Trading volumes varied daily, such as 60,000 shares at €18.6937 on February 9 on XPAR and 108,161 shares at €18.2124 on February 13 on the same market. This buyback is in line with the company's strategic objectives.
