Vallourec has disclosed details of its recent share buyback activities conducted between January 8 and January 9, 2026. The program was executed under the authorization granted during the Shareholders' General Meeting on May 22, 2025. Vallourec, a leader in tubular solutions, completed transactions over several European markets.
On January 8, 2026, the company repurchased 125,000 shares with an average weighted price of €16.3881 to €16.4271. The transactions took place on Euronext Paris, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU. The following day, an additional 120,000 shares were bought back at prices ranging from €16.7784 to €16.8164.
In total, 245,000 shares were acquired at an average price of €16.5919. This buyback aligns with Vallourec's strategic financial management. The operations underscore Vallourec's commitment to enhancing shareholder value amid its industrial and energy market leadership.
