VALNEVA: Declaration of Shares and Voting Rights
On December 5, 2025, VALNEVA published a statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights as of November 30, 2025. The company, listed on Euronext Paris - Compartment B, reports several recent changes.
VALNEVA's share capital consists of 172,883,779 ordinary shares, each with a par value of €0.15. The total number of voting rights, including suspended rights, amounts to 188,773,901. This figure includes the conversion of 1,921 ordinary shares to double voting rights between November 6 and 28, 2025, as well as the conversion of 202 bearer shares with double voting rights on November 27, 2025.
In addition, the exercise of subscription options resulted in the issuance of 925,504 new ordinary shares on November 28, 2025, bringing the total number of exercisable voting rights to 188,649,579.
