E-Cite Motors Advances to OTCID Tier

E-Cite Motors, part of Innovative EV Technologies, announced its transition from the "Pink Current" tier to the "OTCID" tier on the OTC Markets platform. This change, effective July 1, 2025, signifies E-Cite's compliance with new standards and disclosure requirements.

The transition will see the company's ticker symbol updated to (OTCID: VAPR). CEO Barry Henthorn stated that this upgrade highlights their commitment to shareholder value and positions E-Cite as a credible leader in the electric vehicle market.

This strategic upgrade enhances E-Cite’s financial transparency and investor communication, offering a gateway to a larger pool of institutional and sophisticated investors. COO Gene Langmesser emphasized the operational discipline that supported this advancement.
