Vaudoise Assurances finalizes the acquisition of Procimmo Group SA

On July 1, 2026, Vaudoise Assurances announced the completion of its acquisition of Procimmo Group SA. This transaction marks a strategic step for the group, aimed at strengthening its position in indirect real estate and developing its expertise in third-party asset management in Switzerland.

Now holding 97.2% of Procimmo's shares, Vaudoise plans to acquire the entire share capital, with a merger planned for the second half of 2026. The process will include compensation of CHF 9.50 per share for the remaining shareholders.

Procimmo will continue to operate as an independent platform, under its current structure, thus ensuring the continuity of operations and investor relations. This integration strengthens the group's strategy and its ambitions in real estate asset management.
