Vaudoise Assurances proposes Hélène Béguin to the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Vaudoise Assurances Holding SA has announced its proposal to appoint Hélène Béguin as a new director. This decision will be submitted to shareholders at the General Meeting of 12 May 2025.
Hélène Béguin, with a Master's degree in Business Administration from HEC Lausanne and a certified public accountant, brings solid experience. Since 2004, she has been a partner at KPMG and chaired its Board of Directors from 2020 to 2024.
His career also includes responsibilities within the Committee of the Vaud Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Advisory Council of the Swiss National Bank for Vaud and Valais.
Philippe Hebeisen, President of the Vaudoise Council, underlines the importance of this appointment to maintain a high level of skills in insurance.
