Vaziva SA acquires Pronis Loisirs to strengthen its services to CSEs

Vaziva SA, a specialist in the dematerialization of employee benefits, announces the acquisition of Pronis Loisirs, a company renowned for its digital solutions for social and economic committees (CSE). This acquisition allows Vaziva to expand its offering with a complete range of services dedicated to CSEs, meeting a growing demand for integrated solutions.

Pronis Loisirs, based in the South of France, brings its expertise with management software, online ticketing platforms and dematerialized gift cards. This strategic operation, financed by equity and securities, should generate an additional turnover of 7.5 million euros over 18 months. The Vaziva group, after this consolidation, aims to become the one-stop shop for employee benefits in France.
