Vente-unique.com, a specialist in online furniture sales in Europe, announces promising financial results for the year 2023-2024. The group achieved a record turnover of €233.2 million, up 15.6% compared to the previous year. Consolidated turnover increased by 10.1% to €178.7 million, exceeding the levels of the Covid period.

Despite a difficult economic climate marked by a decline in the French market, Vente-unique.com has managed to maintain double-digit growth thanks to its international sales and its marketplace. Net income stands at €7.4 million, up 4.3%. This solid performance allows the group to announce a dividend of €0.38 per share, offering a yield of 3%.

In April 2024, the takeover of the Habitat brand marked an important milestone for the group, opening up new growth prospects. Vente-unique.com plans to invest in this brand and launch new products to strengthen its market position. The group is also preparing to expand its logistics capabilities to support these ambitions.

For the year 2025, Vente-unique.com aims for continued growth, notably with the expansion of its marketplace in Poland and the optimization of its e-commerce activities. Despite an uncertain European geopolitical context, the group remains confident in its ability to grow faster than the market.
