Approved by the Boards of CAFOM SA and Vente-unique.com, this move is part of a strategy to enhance the premium offerings in the European market. Vente-unique.com acquires a comprehensive platform, serving all segments, including the premium segment through Habitat, mid-range with its own brand, and home décor through its marketplace.
Granted a licensing option in 2024, Vente-unique.com relaunched Habitat post-liquidation and achieved €10 million in revenue for the 2025 fiscal year. Valued mutually at €11 million, the acquisition will be supported by existing cash and a bank loan. This purchase underscores Vente-unique.com's commitment to expanding its premium market footprint and maximizing the acclaimed Habitat brand's potential.
