Vente-unique.com: Declaration of Transactions on Own Shares
On March 3, 2025, Vente-unique.com, a specialist in online sales of furniture and interior design in Europe, announced the repurchase of its own shares in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). The reported transactions concern the dates from February 24 to 28, 2025.
The company repurchased shares on February 24, 26, 27 and 28, 2025 with respective volumes of 145, 77, 12 and 162 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 12.23 to EUR 12.57 per share. These operations took place on the ALXP market.
