Vente-unique.com closed the 2024-2025 fiscal year on a positive note, posting record overall sales of €275.7 million, up 18.2%. Consolidated revenue also exceeded €200 million for the first time, reaching €200.9 million, an increase of 12.5%. Net income amounted to €8.1 million, a 10% increase compared to the previous year.

Despite investments, particularly in the Habitat brand and logistics capabilities, adjusted EBITDA represents 10.4% of revenue. Gross cash reached a record high of €32.1 million, allowing for a proposed dividend of €0.50 per share, an increase of 31.6%.

For 2025-2026, Vente-unique.com plans to strengthen its presence in Scandinavia and establish a foothold in the United Kingdom, supported by the opening of a new logistics center. The company aims to maintain profitable growth, driven by continued geographic expansion.
