Vente-Unique.com: Solid Results and Growth Outlook

The Vente-unique.com group is expected to post significant growth in the first half of 2024-2025, with a total revenue volume reaching €132.1 million, an increase of 12.6%. Consolidated revenue totaled €97.8 million, an increase of 8.4%. Adjusted EBITDA reached 11.4%, despite a slight decline compared to the previous year.

The company has been able to leverage various growth drivers, notably thanks to the success of the Habitat brand, which generated €5 million in France. Logistics activity also grew by 22% thanks to the arrival of new customers. With cash at €27.9 million before dividend payments, the financial structure remains solid.

Vente-unique.com plans to expand its business into new European markets and increase its logistics capabilities with the opening of a second warehouse. The company expects its sales to accelerate in the second half of the year.
