Veolia Announces Total Voting Rights and Share Capital Structure

Veolia Environnement has released information about the total number of voting rights and its share capital as of July 31, 2026. The company, headquartered at 21 rue La Boétie, Paris, registered a total of 742,496,650 shares making up its capital. Each share corresponds to a theoretical voting right, bringing the total number of voting rights to 742,496,650.

However, the number of voting rights that can be exercised is slightly lower at 732,246,790, due to 10,249,860 shares being held as treasury stock, which do not carry voting rights. This adjustment follows the inclusion of a clause in Veolia's Articles of Association, which mandates the reporting of crossing shareholding thresholds in addition to those required by French law and regulations.
