Veolia: Information on voting rights and capital

On December 3, 2025, Veolia Environnement published information on its share capital and voting rights, in accordance with Article L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of November 30, 2025, Veolia Environnement had 741,723,437 shares comprising its share capital, each with an equivalent number of theoretical voting rights.

However, of these voting rights, only 731,279,318 are exercisable. This reduction is due to 10,444,119 treasury shares held by the company, which are deprived of voting rights. Veolia also highlighted the existence in its bylaws of a clause imposing an additional threshold crossing reporting obligation beyond the legal thresholds.
