Rodolphe Cadio resigns from Vergnet

The Vergnet Group, specializing in renewable energies, announces the resignation of Mr. Rodolphe Cadio. This decision was formalized at the Board of Directors meeting on December 16, 2025. Mr. Cadio held the positions of Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

Vergnet stands out in the production of renewable energy thanks to patented technologies, including anticyclonic wind turbines and the Hybrid Wizard. These innovations allow for optimized management of renewable energy injection into electrical grids, particularly in hard-to-reach areas.

The group has a global presence with over 1,000 wind turbines installed in 50 countries. It is listed on Euronext Growth and has 200 employees across 11 sites.
