Vergnet postpones the publication of its 2024 annual accounts

The Vergnet Group has announced the postponement of the publication of its annual accounts and financial report for 2024. This postponement is linked to the possible deconsolidation of its subsidiary Vergnet Pacific. The latter, created in 2000, issued a €2 million bond in December 2023. The terms include annual interest of 9%, with an additional 4% capitalized.

Due to the opening of safeguard proceedings for Vergnet Pacific, a process has been initiated to allocate its shares to the creditor France Économie Réelle. Vergnet SA must now consider the deconsolidation of its subsidiary's accounts, a direct consequence of this reorganization.

At the same time, Vergnet is reorganizing its debt and exploring new financing solutions. The company remains committed to its strategy of securing its assets and strengthening its financial structure.
