VIB Vermögen AG Expands GreenBiz Park with New Leases

VIB Vermögen AG has announced the leasing of an additional 23,100 sqm at its GreenBiz Park in Erding. This expansion includes 6,600 sqm for office use, 5,500 sqm for a hotel, and 11,000 sqm for industrial space. GreenBiz Park is now 96% occupied, with remaining negotiations for 2,960 sqm ongoing. The complete project is anticipated by the end of 2028.

The construction of these new units will commence in early 2027. The commercial hall is expected to be ready by the end of 2027, and other buildings by mid-2028. The development aims for a Gold Standard certification from the German Sustainable Building Council.

Situated in Erding, the park boasts convenient access to major motorways and proximity to Munich Airport, enhancing its strategic appeal. The success in leasing the park underlines its potential despite current economic challenges, as highlighted by Nicolai Greiner, CEO of VIB Vermögen AG.
