VIB Vermögen AG Extends Lease with AUMOVIO in Ingolstadt
VIB Vermögen AG has announced the early extension of a lease agreement with AUMOVIO in Ingolstadt, securing the partnership for an additional five years. This mixed-use office and production facility is earmarked for AUMOVIO, a leader in connected, autonomous mobility.
The building, located near Ingolstadt's city center, spans approximately 21,300 m², with 9,650 m² dedicated to office space and 11,650 m² for production. It's equipped with modern amenities, including a ventilation and cooling system with heat recovery, and is connected to district heating.
Nicloai Greiner, Chief Real Estate Officer at VIB, highlights this lease extension as a positive indicator of continuous operational success amid a challenging market, and a strong affirmation of Ingolstadt's role as a high-tech and manufacturing hub.
