VIB Vermögen AG Posts Steady First Half of 2026 Results

VIB Vermögen AG reported stable financial performance for the first half of 2026, with rental income at EUR 46.8 million and funds from operations at EUR 24.1 million. Despite reduced gross rental income due to property sales in previous years, the institutional business segment saw a notable rise in income to EUR 19.1 million.

Strategic milestones included a joint venture in project development and successful refinancing of promissory note loans. The GreenBiz-Park Erding's pre-letting rate climbed to 96%, and the management confirmed its guidance for 2026.

The company's assets under management fell slightly to EUR 9.7 billion, and the loan-to-value ratio improved to 41.2%. The development business in the logistics sector remains a key focus, with a joint venture with Tristan Capital projected to bolster future growth.
