VINCI has published details of the number of shares constituting its share capital and the total voting rights as of July 31, 2025. The share capital of the public limited company amounts to €1,457,166,892.50, with a total of 582,866,757 ordinary shares outstanding.

Similarly, the theoretical number of voting rights also amounts to 582,866,757, this figure including the company's treasury shares. However, after deducting the voting rights associated with treasury shares, the actual number of voting rights stands at 559,684,858.
