VINCI in advanced negotiations for the A154-A120 link
VINCI is making progress towards securing a concession for the future A154-A120 motorway. This project aims to create a 97 km bypass around the Île-de-France region to the west, in the Eure-et-Loir department, and extending the Rouen–Orléans corridor. This infrastructure is expected to improve traffic flow and reduce disruption in several urban areas.
The 35-year concession agreement stipulates that VINCI Autoroutes will manage, finance, and operate the project. VINCI Construction will handle the design and construction, covering 69 km of new sections and 28 km of upgrades. The signing, expected by the end of 2026, is contingent upon approval from the relevant authorities.
Particular attention will be paid to environmental performance, with an emphasis on low-carbon mobility solutions.
