VINCI: Transactions in own shares beginning July 2026
From July 6 to 10, 2026, VINCI SA carried out transactions on its shares, in accordance with the share buyback authorization granted by the General Meeting of April 14, 2026. During this period, a total of 400,000 shares were acquired.
The transaction details show that 50,000 shares were purchased daily on the XPAR market, with average prices ranging from €118.50 to €125.81. On the CEUX market, purchases of 10,000 to 30,000 shares were made, with average prices between €118.92 and €125.79.
On average, the weighted acquisition price for these purchases was €120.99 per share. This action is in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse.
