VINCI treasury share transactions: Week of September 29 to October 3, 2025
VINCI SA has announced the transactions in its own shares carried out between September 29 and October 3, 2025. Authorized by the General Meeting of April 17, 2025, the company carried out these buybacks in accordance with current regulations.
During this period, VINCI acquired a total of 536,879 shares. The transactions took place on three different markets: XPAR, CEUX and TQEX. The weighted average price of the acquisitions was €117.6289 per share.
