Camlin Fine Science acquires a majority stake in Vinpai
On November 27, 2025, Vinpai, a French company specializing in functional ingredients for the food and cosmetics industries, announced the acquisition by Camlin Fine Science Limited (CFSL) of a 78.68% majority stake at €3.60 per share. This acquisition marks a new milestone for Vinpai, strengthening its market position.
CFSL plans to convert its bonds into new shares, increasing its stake to 83.82% of the share capital and 80.86% of the voting rights. In December, CFSL will launch a simplified public tender offer for the remaining shares. Vinpai's board of directors supports this merger.
