Camlin Fine Sciences launches a simplified takeover bid for Vinpai
Camlin Fine Sciences Limited has announced the launch of a simplified public tender offer for the shares of Vinpai. This initiative, presented by a guarantee institution, proposes a price of €3.60 per share. The offer, which will run for 10 trading days, complies with the AMF's General Regulation.
The AMF issued visa no. 26-204, thus validating the information memorandum filed by Camlin. Documents relating to the legal, financial, and accounting characteristics of Camlin Fine Sciences have been made available to the public and can be consulted on the websites of the AMF, Camlin, and Vinpai.
