Vinpai extends its bond loan with Camlin

Vinpai, a company specializing in functional ingredients derived from algae and plants, announces the extension of the bond loan granted by Camlin Fine Sciences Limited. Camlin has subscribed for new Vinpai convertible bonds, worth €3.3 million, by offsetting the debt with the bonds issued in February 2025.

This agreement extends the maturity of the bond until December 31, 2025. This date exceeds Camlin's anticipated majority acquisition of Vinpai, scheduled for November 12, 2025. The new bonds will be officially listed on Euronext Growth Paris on October 27, 2025, without requiring an AMF-approved prospectus.
