Terms and conditions of the VIRBAC General Assembly
VIRBAC has announced that it will hold its combined ordinary and extraordinary general meeting on June 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at the company's headquarters in Carros. Shareholders will be able to vote in person, remotely, or by mail. They may delegate their voting power to the chairman of the meeting or to another person.
Preparatory documents, including the agenda and resolutions, are available at corporate.virbac.com. Shareholders are encouraged to use electronic means for their communications. Live and replay coverage of the meeting will be available online, subject to technical constraints.
