Virbac has announced its share capital and voting rights status as of June 30, 2025. Listed on Euronext Paris, Compartment A, Virbac has a total of 8,390,660 shares in its share capital.
The gross total of voting rights amounts to 12,706,453. After deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, the net total of voting rights is 12,693,617. These figures are reported in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
