JP Morgan Chase & Co. crossed the 5% threshold of VIRIDIEN's share capital and voting rights on April 9, 2026. This information was confirmed by letter received on April 13, 2026. In total, JP Morgan now holds 377,193 shares, representing 5.25% of the share capital. This increase resulted from market acquisitions.
