JP Morgan crosses the 5% threshold at VIRIDIEN

JP Morgan Chase & Co. has announced that it has crossed the 5% ownership threshold in VIRIDIEN. This crossing was notified to the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on March 19, 2026, but occurred on March 17. The company now holds 359,715 VIRIDIEN shares, representing 5.004% of the share capital and 4.99% of the voting rights.

This increase resulted from market purchases involving various contracts and companies under the control of JP Morgan. Specifically, JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Securities plc actively participated in this acquisition through share contracts and equity swaps with maturities extending to 2030.
