Viromed Medical AG to Acquire relyon plasma GmbH

Viromed Medical AG, a leader in medical technology and cold plasma innovations, has signed a letter of intent to acquire relyon plasma GmbH. The companies have collaborated in the past, notably on the development of the ViroCAP® and PulmoPlas® product lines. Relyon, a Regensburg-based subsidiary of TDK Electronics AG, specializes in atmospheric plasma technology with a strong international patent portfolio.

The acquisition aims to broaden Viromed's value chain and secure expertise in plasma technology. The purchase price is still under negotiation but is expected to fall within the low- to mid-double-digit million euro range. The acquisition is anticipated to finalize in Q2 2026, pending due diligence and other standard conditions.
