Viromed Medical AG Transitions to Registered Shares
On January 15, 2026, Viromed Medical AG, a pioneer in cold plasma technology, began trading registered shares under the new ISIN DE000A40ZVN7. The transition follows a resolution from the Annual General Meeting on July 29, 2025, with changes effective from August 8, 2025, in the commercial register.
A total of 21,250,000 bearer shares in collective custody will be exchanged for registered shares on January 16, 2026, without changing shareholder rights or share capital proportion. The transition aims to enhance transparency and improve communication with shareholders. The new registered shares are listed on stock exchanges starting January 15, 2026.
This strategic move does not impede shareholders' rights to sell their shares, as prior company approval is not required for transferring registered shares.
