FamiCord AG Reports Solid 2025 Financial Performance Despite Challenges

FamiCord AG concluded 2025 with a robust financial performance, despite facing macroeconomic and political challenges. The company's revenues grew by 7.3% to EUR 88.2 million, largely due to streamlined operations and successful price adjustments. EBITDA rose by 12.3% to EUR 10.6 million, improving the EBITDA margin to 12%. However, political tensions and economic pressures contributed to a decline in quarterly revenues in Q4, when compared to the previous quarter.

The shift toward subscription-based contracts bolstered revenue stability but impacted cash flow negatively, reducing operating cash flow by 58.5% to EUR 3.6 million. FamiCord now zeroes in on its core stem cell banking, excluding CAR-T cell therapies from their priorities. Despite challenges like the war in Ukraine and Iranian tensions, the firm predicts steady revenues between EUR 80 and 90 million in 2026.
