Vitura: Revenue growth and ambitious energy policy
In the first half of 2026, Vitura recorded an 8% increase in rental income, reaching €23.7 million. This performance was driven by strong leasing activity, notably the renewal of 16,000 sq m of major leases in Boulogne-Billancourt. Among the notable tenants, Huawei signed a nine-year lease. The portfolio value is estimated at €840 million. However, the IFRS net result shows a loss of €26 million, primarily due to property depreciation.
Vitura continues its energy transition by optimizing consumption through an expanded analysis platform and energy efficiency plans, aiming for carbon neutrality by 2050. Since 2013, energy consumption has decreased by 37%, in line with the objectives of the tertiary sector decree.
