Update of Vivendi voting rights and shares

Vivendi has communicated the update of its share capital for February 28, 2025, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. The total number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 1,029,918,125. These shares generate a gross total of 1,060,066,487 voting rights, taking into account the double voting rights of certain shares as well as treasury shares. The net total, after deduction of shares stripped of voting rights, amounts to 1,021,959,856 voting rights.

Vivendi, listed on the NYSE Euronext-Paris compartment Eurolist A, has included a clause in its articles of association concerning the obligation to declare threshold crossings, in addition to the existing legal thresholds.
